Standard Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in new, unopened, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for open or damaged items, depending on the condition. Returns of items purchased that are the result of our error will be recieve a full refund of the item as well as shipping charges. Returns of items purchased that are not the result of our error may be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Packaging and Return Instructions:
- Along with the return item and copy of your original invoice, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope.
- Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label
- Packages should be shipped via. USPS (United States Postal Service), or UPS.
- FunkyTownMall is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, please ship your packages insured for your safety.
- Keep your shipping receipt until you receive your exchange or credit.
- Depending on the situation there may be a 15% restocking fee.
