What is this?

Beautifully crafted color prism glass cube design tragus piercing. The cube is designed in such a way to release various colors depending on the angle it is seen through. The 16g straight barbell is crafted in 316L stainless steel and is ¼" in length. The cube is almost 6mm wide.

the gem is entirely too large for a cartilage or tragus piercing. It is NOT 6mm in diameter. it is at least 1/2 an inch! Also, the colors shown in the gem here are not the colors seen in actual light. it's more like a yellow/green...not the color I was looking for.
