Well now that I'm reading the reviews AFTER I purchased this item I'm wishing that I'd seen them before, because I had the same problem as these other two reviewers...WAY TOO SMALL. It's such a cute piece but I had no idea how small this cuff is. I really really think that it's more for a tragus/tragus piercing rather than a tragus/helix universal piercing type thing, or even if you have an industrial maybe it can be used on the smallest lower section of the industrial. However, if you have a helix at the thickest part of your ear cartilage then this is DEFINITELY NOT going to fit.
