I like the ease of use with these rings. The only problem I've had is the ball itself is rusty. I was under the assumption that the entire piece was surgical stianless steel but it appears that the spring loaded bead are not. I would have given this product a 5 star rating otherwise. The weight is perfect for stretching, but the diameter is a bit large for my taste.
