I love the material these plugs are made of. They look pretty good at camouflaging big stretched holes, closely matched my ear color. Only thing is, I don't know if it's because they're silicone or what, but after wearing them in my ears for a few days after getting them, it's like it made my ear shrink a bit to conform around the jewelry (I've had my ears stretched for 10 years, so it's not like they're freshly done), and it made them kind of hard to remove. But will be great for job interviews when needed (the reason I bought them in the first place!) =)
