Chea. This is awesome. I like the fact that I can wear it for any occasion. Casual, formal, what the fff, ever. I like it a lot, and it's a nice fit (: The fact that it's stainless steal is just icing on the cake. I can wear it to concerts and such, and it won't irritate my neck! WOOOOOOOO!
