I found the peircing was a little smaller than I had measured it out to be. Plus it was really closed up so it fit too tight. I tried opening it with some pliers to stretch it wider but had no luck. So I will say that it is made out of some very tough material. I loved the black look on this. The balls were a little hard to get on given it's size but they seem to stay very tight.
