Very unique and tiny wholesale helix piercing cuff with 18g (1.0mm) barbell. This very cute wholesale helix jewelry is designed to wrap around the upper ear flap. It is decorated with cut out stars for a truly beautiful piece. The barbell it comes with is 18 gauge and 5/16" long (7.9mm), crafted in polished 316L stainless steel.

i loved it!! at first i wasnt sure to get it bc all the other reviews said it was too small...but i have tiny ears so i thought it would be diff for me and i was right :) its perfect!!!!

Well now that I'm reading the reviews AFTER I purchased this item I'm wishing that I'd seen them before, because I had the same problem as these other two reviewers...WAY TOO SMALL. It's such a cute piece but I had no idea how small this cuff is. I really really think that it's more for a tragus/tragus piercing rather than a tragus/helix universal piercing type thing, or even if you have an industrial maybe it can be used on the smallest lower section of the industrial. However, if you have a helix at the thickest part of your ear cartilage then this is DEFINITELY NOT going to fit.

When they say tiny, they mean tiny! Adorable piece, just pay attention to the description. It is meant for the cartilage fold; any piercing just beside the fold will be too far for the cuff to reach. It would look great just before the curl of the ear starts as well!
