Very unique and tiny wholesale helix piercing cuff with 18g (1.0mm) barbell. This very cute plain & polished ear cartilage piercing is designed to wrap around the upper ear flap. The barbell it comes with is 18 gauge and 5/16" long (7.9mm), crafted in polished 316L stainless steel.

It is definately too small. It will fit on a regular earring piercing like the third one up. Most cartilage piercings are not that close to the edge of the ear.

This earing was really cool, but its way to small! Its a helix cuff that wuld fit someone like 7 years old! I dont know any 7 year olds with their helix's pierced either. Really cool item, but it needs to be bigger, :(

It did not fit my ear. It looks pretty sweet, but my piercing is too far away from the edge of my ear to fit. Make sure you have tiny ears if you go with this piece of jewelry.

The order came quickly. The bar was a perfect fit. The ear cuff did not fit at all. I have not be able to use it. I'm not satisfied with it at all.
