What is this?

Very unique wholesale micro helix piercing celtic carving design drop cuff with 18g (1.0mm) barbell. This very cute helix jewelry is designed to wrap around the upper ear flap and fits great on either the left or right ear. The barbell it comes with is 18 gauge and 5/16" long (7.9mm), crafted in polished 316L stainless steel.
