Service: FunkytownMall would send e-mails regarding the status of delivery (when they were processing my purchases and when the products were actually shipped) so I'm quite happy with that. They also sent an e-mail as to when I should have received the navel rings which is great cause it takes away the "unknown" factors as to when it's going to be shipped etc. Product: Considering the size it's not that heavy and I don't feel the tugging motion with it. The downsides to this is that that top droops forward and it never sits like regular naval rings do since the weight is being pulled from the top piece (so the top piece pushes upwards). It's not as bad as other ones but it does require adjustments to push the ring back down.
