This is good quality and is well machined you must, however, be cognizant of the amount of space between the two piercings to make sure that you get the shortest possible that will fit because if you get one that is too long there many not be enough space to slide the barbell down to were It becomes larger and still line up with the upper piercing. Mine barely fit with a lot of forcing but worth the difficulty.
