When placing your order at Funkytownmall.com, you will find our site easy to work with. Just click on the body jewelry item you wish to order, choose the color and size preference. After you choose you color, size choicesand quantity desired, click on the "ADD TO CART" button. You can now edit the quantity of each item, continue shopping, or check out. When you are done adding items to your chart, just click on the "CHECK OUT" button on the right shopping cart box from any page on the site. If you have already signed in, you will be taken to the page to enter your shipping preferences. If you have not signed in or created an account, you will be prompted to so now. Rememeber that if you purchased $25.00 worth of merchandise AND are having this shipped to the USA, you have the option to ship your items for free!
This next step will ask you to choose your payment method and also gives you thte opportunity to enter any coupon codes you may have. Enter any coupons in the provided space. Enter payment options. When you have entered all information, just click "CONTINUE" to confirm your order. This final screen will recap your order, shipping and payment details.. Simply press "CONFIRM ORDER" and you are done.
PAYING BY MONEY ORDER
Start finding all the items that you want to buy. As you find each item that you want to buy, click the order button on each item's page and that item will be placed into your virtual "Shopping Cart". When you are done shopping just click on the "Shopping Cart" Tab at the top of any page and view all the items that you are buying. Then, click the "Check Out" button. If an item happens to be on back order, we will notify you immediately. Priority Mail could take between three to five business days. 1st Class Mail usually takes between 4-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Because our customers have requested the best priced shipping in the industry and we listened, we ship all items using the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, there is no way to track these packages.

PO Boxes and orders to Canada are no problem at Funkytownmall.com. There is no additional charge to have body jewelry items shipped to a PO BOX, however, the shipping rates to Canada are slightly different. Please visit our international shipping rates page. We offer the standard sizes for all of our piercing body jewelry. All of our tongue and belly rings are 14 gauge unless otherwise specified in our description. All of our brow rings are16 gauge unless specified otherwise in our description.

We stand by our body jewelry products. Exchanges are always welcome as long as the item has not been removed from the clear protective packaging. For obvious health reasons, we do not accept items for refunds. A store credit will be issued to you if the item is returned to us in it's unopened packaging. No refunds will be issued unless a particular situation warrants one. This will only be done on rare occasions after our CEO's approval.
