Very unique and tiny helix piercing cuff with 18g (1.0mm) barbell. This very cute helix jewelry is designed to wrap around the upper ear flap. It is decorated with CARVED HEARTS for a truly beautiful piece. The barbell it comes with is 18 gauge and 5/16" long (7.9mm), crafted in polished 316L stainless steel.

I was really excited to get this earring. I thought it would look good on my helix that is on the top of my ear. I was a little thrown off by the size once I got it though. I haven't had my piercing in long enough to change earrings, but I can't wait till that time comes because I know this earring is gonna look SUPER cute!!!
