This item is terrible. It is not something that can function and will not fit in anyones ear unless theyre ear is huge. The "machine grooved" part of the barbell is too long, this does not allow the user to put the barbell into both holes. I recommend taking this product off of the website until it can be re worked so that it does what it is supposed to. I have went to two different piercing parlors around my house and they both agree and have been baffled by the poor construction of this piece.
