What is this?

Crafted entirely in 316L stainless steel, these nose bones are of first quality. They are 18 gauge and have a 2.5mm spike on one end and a small ball variation on the opposite end to prevent the nose bone from coming out of the nose easily. Each piece is polished to a mirror finish.
