INTERNALLY threaded gem lip labret features a bezel set gem set into a 3mm ball. The 16 gauge barbell is 5/16" long and crafted entirely of 316L surgical steel. This piece has threads on the ball post instead of on the barbell.

I love these! They are very small so if you are looking to be subtle with your Monroe piercing these are PERFECT! I ordered the black and the clear and they were in my mailbox just 4 days after ordering! The good thing is about ordering them here is you exactly the length and gauge where as in a retail store the sales associates don't always know the length of the labret, and you can't beat the price!
